Planning & Design

2. Concept Design

We develop a bespoke concept layout tailored to your site.
This includes room configuration, thermal zoning, equipment selection, finishes, and integrated features such as heated seating, steam delivery systems, lighting, and control interfaces. Adjacent elements — including relaxation areas, changing zones, and material transitions — are considered from the outset to ensure a cohesive wellness environment.

3. Budget & Programme

You receive a clear cost outline and delivery programme, aligned with specialist equipment lead times and installation sequencing. Projects are planned to be delivered on time and within the agreed budget, without compromising build quality, compliance, or detailing.

4. Site Preparation

We carry out full site preparation to establish a stable, compliant foundation for the wellness installation.
This includes clearance, structural alterations, floor preparation, drainage provision, service coordination. Substructures and supporting elements are formed to ensure long-term performance, moisture resistance, thermal stability.

5. Construction & Installation

The spa, sauna, or steam room is constructed using purpose-built systems and specialist assemblies, followed by the installation of heating equipment, steam generators, ventilation systems, electrical works, and control interfaces. Integrated wellness features — including heated seating, steam delivery systems, lighting, and feature elements — are installed and coordinated.

6. Finishes & Detailing

Final works include specialist waterproofing and vapour control systems, along with the installation of tiled, stone, timber, or mosaic finishes suited to high-humidity environments.
All detailing is completed to achieve a clean, refined finish, aligned with aesthetic & operational requirements.

Testing & Handover

Testing & Handover

All mechanical and electrical systems are fully tested and commissioned, including heating equipment, steam generators, ventilation systems, lighting, controls, and safety systems.
Performance, efficiency, and operational safety are verified to ensure reliable operation and full compliance with UK standards before handover.

8. Client Walkthrough & Handover

We carry out a comprehensive walkthrough of your spa, sauna, or steam room installation, demonstrating controls, operating procedures, and safety features.
