Planning & Design

2. Concept Design
We develop a bespoke concept layout tailored to your site. This covers pool size, structure, and integrated features such as hydro-massage jets, underwater loungers, waterfalls, and architectural lighting. Surrounding elements — including decking, finishes, and landscape interfaces — are considered from the outset.
3. Budget & Programme
You receive a clear cost outline and delivery programme, aligned with equipment lead times and construction sequencing.

Construction
4. Site Preparation
We carry out full site preparation to establish a stable, compliant base.
This includes clearance, excavation, ground levelling, drainage provision, and service coordination.
A reinforced structural base is then formed to support long-term performance.
5. Pool Construction
The pool is constructed using cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, followed by the installation of plumbing, filtration, heating, and electrical systems.
Bespoke features — including spa jets, underwater lighting, loungers, and water features — are integrated during construction.
6. Finishes & Detailing
Final works include specialist waterproofing systems, hand-laid mosaic or tiled finishes, and the installation of decking or surrounding hardscape elements.
